FirstWin ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. In plain language, because that's how we do everything.
FirstWin is a focus and productivity app operated by Andreas Dagelet. You can reach us any time at hello@firstwinpro.com.
We keep data collection to the absolute minimum. There are two situations where we handle your information:
1. When you sign up on our website. If you enter your first name and email address to get free access, we collect those two things and nothing else. We use them to send you your access link and occasional updates about FirstWin.
2. When you use the app. The FirstWin app stores your goals, timer settings, completed wins, and preferences locally on your own device. This data stays on your device. We do not collect it, transmit it to our servers, or have any access to it.
Your name and email are stored and managed through SendFox, our email service provider, solely so we can send you your access link and updates about FirstWin. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, and we will remove you promptly.
We use a small number of trusted services to run FirstWin: SendFox (email), and Netlify (website hosting). These providers process limited data only as needed to deliver their service, and are bound by their own privacy obligations.
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete any personal information we hold about you. Just email hello@firstwinpro.com and we'll take care of it. Because app data lives only on your device, you can clear it yourself any time using the app's reset function.
FirstWin is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to subscribers by email.
