You may use FirstWin for your own personal productivity. You agree not to misuse it. For example, don't attempt to break, copy, resell, or interfere with the service, or use it for anything unlawful.
The FirstWin web app is currently offered free. Paid plans (monthly, annual, and lifetime) are available or coming on supported platforms. Prices are shown at the point of purchase. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed and managed by those stores under their terms, and you can manage or cancel them in your store account settings.
Anything you enter into FirstWin, such as your goals, tasks, and wins, belongs to you. The app stores this on your own device. We don't claim any ownership over it.
We work hard to keep FirstWin running well, but we provide it "as is". We don't guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may update, change, or discontinue features over time.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, FirstWin and its operator are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. FirstWin is a tool to support your focus. How you use it, and the results you get, are your own.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use FirstWin after a change means you accept the updated terms.
